Ingenico Group, the global leader in seamless payment, today reported that online spending by European consumers on Black Friday increased by 509% over the average Friday in 2017.
Black Friday has now extended to a six-day eCommerce festival, with Wednesday 22nd – Monday 27th November recorded as the six busiest shopping days of 2017, according to analysis by Ingenico, the global leader in seamless payment.
To celebrate European Disability Employment Week which ran from 13 to 17 November 2017, Ingenico organized events (conferences, speeches) across three of its French sites. This week helped to raise awareness among a large number of employees as to what it means to be disabled in the workplace, and to change their perceptions of disabilities in the company and in society.
