Nick Tubb

Vice President, Commercial Affairs

Nick is responsible for global sales and commercial strategy within our online and mobile payments division. As an experienced veteran of the payments industry, he most recently spent two years as General Manager of the Asia Pacific division of the company, responsible for the region's business results. Prior to that he established and ran the company's Professional Services group from its Amsterdam headquarters. He joined Ingenico ePayments in 2012 and oversaw the creation of the technical sales and consultancy groups who provide value-added services, functional consultancy and industry expertise to the global client base. Prior to his tenure at Ingenico ePayments he enjoyed a 13-year career in non-bank foreign exchange, leading business acquisition and growth teams in Europe, the US and Australia. Tubb holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages from Southampton Solent University.

Joseph Leija

General Manager, North America

With over 20 years' generating top results in the banking and electronic payments industry, San Francisco resident Joseph has worked with many of the top 100 global eCommerce merchants, enabling them to expand their businesses internationally. Before joining Ingenico ePayments, he worked with Sage Payment Services, helping to expand the company's footprint among associations and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Prior to that, he was a Vice President with Chase Paymentech, running a team that consulted directly with merchants to support their global expansions. Earlier in his career, Leija worked for First Data, where he managed the Relationship Management team supporting T&E clients. In addition, Leija developed and supported the company's international strategy. Joe serves as a board member for Payments Ed and has an MBA in Finance from Loyola University Chicago.

Nathan Salisbury

General Manager, Asia Pacific

Nathan oversees the management, strategy and growth of the company's Asia Pacific operations. Previously, he was Regional Sales Director of Asia Pacific where he was responsible for the new business expansion, sales strategy, execution and further growth of the global online and mobile payment services for merchants in the region. With a 10-year track record in the payments industry, Salisbury and his team have enabled hundreds of merchants across multiple vertical industries to scale up their overseas business by optimizing online payments. Before moving to Asia, he oversaw business development for large volume international e-commerce merchants in the EMEA region and is a subject matter expert in the Digital Goods and Video Gaming industry. Prior to Ingenico, Salisbury held sales and management positions in eCommerce and Fintech, and has worked in Europe, Australia, Asia and the US.

Matias Fainbrum

General Manager, Latin America

Matias joined the company in 2010 as part of the founding team to launch the regional operation of Global Collect (acquired by Ingenico Group in 2014) in the region. Since then, his main focus has been the development and continuous growth of the region, helping companies improve their digital commerce with intelligent payments. Matias was Founder and CEO of Business Minds, a management consulting firm specializing in change management and business transformation projects for companies like Microsoft, Red Hat, and Adobe, among others. He also worked for many years at Oracle in various Sales and Marketing positions and was Senior Consultant for the Endeavor Foundation, advising high potential entrepreneurs to grow their businesses exponentially and to raise funding from venture capital and private equity firms. In parallel, he served as Advisor to the ECLA (Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness Program in Latin America) at Columbia Business School, New York, USA. Matias studied Systems Engineering and Business Administration and holds an Executive MBA degree from Torcuato Di Tella University in Argentina
