Over the last 4 years at Ingenico Payment Services, Esmeralda has worked as 1st Line Technical Support engineer, Technical Consultant.

What do you like most about Ingenico Group?

I like to work in a company that grows and gives you the opportunity to grow with it as well. Payment is the future and combining point of sale and eCommerce is giving a huge boost into the industry globally.  

What do you value most in your everyday job? 

Payments are crucial for stores and every shop has its own way of integrating, this makes it a great task to support these merchants in the best way. Currently I’m working to support our Customer Care team to provide our merchants with an excellent and efficient service. The close collaboration with this team is what I like to do, they learn from me but I’m learning from them as well. The team is motivated and it gives a good feeling to see them grow within their jobs.  

Your word about Ingenico Group 

Combining the payment services is a big advantage for our merchants as they can use our products in their physical store but they can also use our online services in their webshop and accept payments with mobile devices. We offer a full package which makes it easier for our merchants to maintain their transactions.
