 Design/Ergonomics

Our highly compact PIN-enabled countertop devices are designed to maximize counter space. Featuring large graphic and colour display terminals and integrating an ergonomically designed keyboard for trouble-free PIN entry, the terminals contain an integrated fast thermal printer with easy-load mechanism. An extendable curly-cable allows merchants to safely hand over terminals to customers for card insertion/swipe and PIN entry.

 Communication

With faultless 24/7 communications a must, Ingenico’s countertop terminal solutions deliver transaction integrity and security through a wide variety of connectivity interfaces. Our terminals are equipped with fast modem and GPRS. To deliver increased performance and convenience, merchants can expand terminal connection capabilities with optional Ethernet or WiFi modules, while a contactless EMV payment option supports mobile phone Near Field Communications (NFC) payment.

 Security
