The group organization is based on three key bodies
The Management Board
Responsible for defining Group strategy, creating the conditions for its implementation and achieving the goals set. It is chaired by the Chairman of the Board and CEO and includes 14 members.
The Executive Committee
The Executive Committee comprises the members of the Management Board and functional or operational Vice Presidents.
