Ingenico Receives Most Innovative Bank Solution Award

IngeTrust from Ingenico has been awarded the most innovative and advanced Bank Solution at the EPCA/ECR Excellence in Payments Innovation Awards in Frankfurt. This award recognises Ingenico’s commitment and investment in delivering secure and innovative payment solutions.
Dalgety Bay, Scotland - 17 červenec 2007 - The winners were all honoured at the 6th EPCA Conference. Other nominees for the awards included Banksys, Giesecke & Devrient and CitiBank Poland. IngeTrust is an unrivalled security layer available with IngEstate, Ingenico’s Group Estate Management solution.

IngEstate has been successfully installed at over 35 sites throughout the world including France, Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Norway, Italy, the UK and the Netherlands.
IngeTrust is a significant recent development within IngEstate, which offers mutual authentication between terminals and the IngEstate terminal management solution.

This creates a highly secured link and reinforces the security of downloads enabling Ingenico’s customers to control the configurations of their terminals deployed in the field with complete confidence.

The next groundbreaking feature planned for the IngeTrust project is the ability to inject acquirer keys remotely. These keys must currently be injected in a highly secure room. IngeTrust will dramatically reduce the costs of key injections by bypassing the need for a secure room and allowing the terminal to remain at the merchant location during the key injection process.
