Neuilly sur Seine – 13 December, 2011. Ingenico (Euronext : FR0000125346 - ING), leading worldwide provider of payment solutions, today announces the renewal of the partnership between the Douglas perfumeries and its affiliate easycash Loyalty Solutions GmbH, the customer retention specialist.

Easycash Loyalty Solutions successfully convinced Douglas that its concept was the ideal solution in response to an international tender. The “Douglas Card” has been in existence for an impressive 16 years and boasts 2.5 million customers, making it one of the most successful customer cards in the German retail sector. Since its very beginning, easycash Loyalty Solutions has been responsible for the technical implementation of the Douglas Card.

The Douglas Card is a customer card with an integrated payment function. Customers pay an annual fee and can then use the card for their purchases in the 452 Douglas perfumeries all over Germany. easycash Loyalty Solutions provides the necessary infrastructure and the required expertise to process these payment transactions. easycash Loyalty Solutions, based in Hamburg, Germany, has supported the Douglas Card by providing innovative and flexible technology ever since its launch and has helped it to become such a successful customer retention tool.
